Leveraging proprietary SiC crystal growers, we produce premium single crystals in 4-inch, 6-inch, 8-inch and 12-inch formats. Every boule is 100 % 4H polytype: zero micropipes, zero screw dislocations (KOH etch) and low basal-plane dislocation density. Both conductive and semi-insulating ingots are available ex-fab.
